We’re aware that plans sometimes shift at the last minute. Please inform us in advance by sending an email to info@niraleetechnologies.com if you want to reschedule or cancel a confirmed class. All courses falling within the aforementioned categories must adhere to this regulation.

• We cannot confirm your enrollment in a training course until we receive both your completed registration and payment information.
• If a need occurs to cancel your enrollment for some reason, you must cancel not later than 30 days before the start of the course and within 60 calendar days after registering.
• The entire price of registration will be charged for no-shows and cancellations made after the deadline.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the first two days of the program,
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, we will utilize the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction when processing your reimbursement. It’s important to note that this compensation will not result in any additional fees for you.

Cancellation of the contract by Niralee Technologies

• If there aren’t enough people signed up for a training course at least 30 days before it’s supposed to start, Niralee Technologies will cancel it.
• If, for some reason, a course has to be cancelled, you will be sent a notification and given the option to reschedule for a future date or get a full refund.
• If Niralee Technologies must abruptly cancel a training session, the company will not reimburse the customers for any costs they have incurred.
• If a training session is postponed because of bad weather or another unforeseen disaster or event, the client has the privilege to reschedule for a future course date.
